Arrival from 9:00. The construction of own tents is allowed in accordance with the instructions of the employees of the track. Please coordinate the construction of tents and the use of the territory with the track staff. Please follow the rules of the track and the instructions of the staff during the whole event.

We drive along the outdoor track, in the direction indicated by the track staff, please see the appendix with the diagram.

The judging of the race is performed by the Marshals provided by the track. Marshals are staffed by track representatives. The rules are based on the Tillotson Racing Technical Rules (English version) and the Pro Kart Race Codex, with exceptions to be discussed at the pre Race Meeting @13:00

The penalties are as follows:

- for a misplaced bumper any participant has a 5-second penalty at the finish.

- for a collision that has resulted in one or more go-karts significantly / obviously losing the competition position, or being forced off the track, or being cut in a direction that does not coincide with the course of the track, or being forced out of the race, the culprit may be penalized 1 place or a penalty of 3 places, depending on the extent of the infringement and / or the number of persons involved.

For any decision, the Marshals shall announce the information within 10 minutes after each race.

The decision on technical violations is announced by the representatives of Tillotson Racing Latvija and is made at any time, including in consultation with the Marshals.

- Before qualifying and racing, the entrance to the PIT LANE is with the front bumpers not fitted.

- If a competitor does not arrive at the PIT LANE before the start of qualifying and / or race, it is not possible to take part in that race. Meaning - noone shall wait for late arrivals.

- To complete the "flying lap" qualifiacation round, all riders must be ready in line and enter track one by one at the Marshals invitation. When entering track, the first lap is the warm-up lap, the second is the flying lap and the third is the run-off lap. When a driver has started his 3rd or run-off lap, the next driver can already enter the track in his 1st or warm-up lap. Only the 2nd or flying lap time is counted, which also makes up the qualifying time.

- The choice of tires is free throughout the event, subject to Tillotson Racing's technical regulations and the number of slick tires allowed per year.

- The participation fee is set at 80 euros, payable on site before training. If the participant does not have his own transponder, it can be rented according to the possibilities and requirements of the track.
